To receive the above rate, reservations must be made by October 19, 2008 directly with the Westin Hotel by calling 703.253.8600 and asking for the National MultiCultural Institute rate or through the link on the NMCI website at www.nmci.org. NMCI has reserved a limited number of rooms at this rate.  Participants are encouraged to make their reservations early.

 Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, withdrawals must be in writing and postmarked no later than October 16, 2008.  No refunds will be made after that date.  All refunds are subject to a $60 administrative charge, and will be mailed after the Conference. 

 Parking:

Valet parking only is available at the hotel.  $10.00 per day for those attending the Conference; $24 per night for registered hotel guests.   

 Public Transportation :

The Westin is conveniently located 3 blocks from the King Street Metro station on the Blue and Yellow lines.  

 Exhibits:
