 Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, written withdrawals must be postmarked no later than October 25, 2009. No refunds will be made after that date. All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative charge, and will be mailed out after the conference.

 Parking:

On-site self parking is available for $24 per day and Valet parking is available for $27 per day.    

 Public Transportation :

The Marriott Crystal City is conveniently located near the Crystal City Metro (subway) on the Blue and Yellow lines. The hotel is also located 1 mile from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) which is accessible on the Metro Yellow Line.
