In celebration of its 25th Anniversary, NMCI
will convene a very special forum to explore the meaning
of "community" in the context of a global society.
Through dialogue, we will seek to identify not only what
it means to be part of a global community, but also the
knowledge and skills required to flourish in such an
environment.

Four-Day Training
Workshops
Four-day training workshops offer participants
opportunities for intensive skill-building based on
NMCI's tested curricula and expertise. Four-day
workshops include Training of Trainers I & II,
Developing Strategic Diversity Initiatives, and Conflict
Resolution.
Two-Day Training
Workshops
Two-day training workshops offer participants
opportunities for focused skill-building on diversity
and inclusion for specific topic areas and/or industry
sectors.
1 1/2 Hour Workshops new!
1 1/2 hour workshops offer participants
opportunities to engage in dynamic conversations on
current topics in the field and to share real-world
models for organizational change. Short workshop
topics include Generational Diversity, Unconscious Bias,
Spirituality in the Workplace, Microinequities and case
studies of organizational change.
