Fall 2007 Diversity Leadership Development Institute a Great Success!
Thanks to all of you who participated in NMCI's fall 2007 institute, "Innovation at the Speed of
Diversity!" This fall's institute was a great success with more than 150 attendees
attending eight workshops, on topics including Training of Trainers, Cross-Cultural Conflict Resolution, Learning Style as a Dimension of Diveristy and many more!
In addition to workshops, attendees enjoyed an inspiring keynote address by Frans Johansson, author of The Medici Effect; rich networking opportunities; and a chance to let off steam at our program on the history of hip hop!
What We're Hearing...
"This was an extremely
inspiring, thought-provoking, challenging, rigorous experience. It has given me
personal and professional tools to reflect and make adaptations to transform my
work."
"[The workshop] has been
immensely useful both personally and professionally. I will be taking so many
tools back with me!"
